At What a Table, we want you to love your table setting.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we'll work quickly to make it right.

Returns

Because our collections contain disposable paper tableware and are intended for food service and entertaining, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened collections
  • Used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
